I’m on day 7 being smoke-free. It is still very hard, being a smoker for 39 years (man I’m getting old), but I’m determined. I have come very close to lighting up even for just one little drag but then I take the lobelia pellets and distract myself & they do help take care of the craving. I probably would have slipped by now if it wasn’t for the aid of these pellets.

This is NOT for “quitting smoking” this is to subside nausea from nicotine withdrawal. I’ve tried many products from this brand before and they are very specific, don’t get this thinking it will help with cravings, headaches, etc. When I got this I thought maybe I read incorrectly.
