Great product at a good price. Easy to install and works as good as it looks.

The media could not be loaded. Renovating a bathroom is SO expensive. We didn't want to pay for a big-name faucet for the deck of our Roman tub. The big-name company even sells the required rough-in plumbing pieces separately, to make the already high price of the faucet look a little lower than it really is.So we went with this faucet instead. It's beautiful, made of solid, heavy, and attractive brushed stainless steel, it's easy to install, and the price includes all necessary plumbing fixtures.One note: the big-name faucet has brass bushings to attach the faucet to the internal plumbing. The one, since it's about 1/3 the price, has plastic bushings. Our contractor kicked the the handshower hard when getting out of the tub (handshower was not visible underneath a drop cloth,) and broke off the handshower at the plastic bushing. The Wowkk company has amazing customer service that rushed another piece to us in a few days. So don't put a lot of weight on the handshower, and don’t give it a hard kick. It’s probably best not to let children rough-house with it, either.We are so pleased with the beautiful look, the waterfall-like flow, and the handshower. It brings the impressive effect of our new bathroom renovation to a higher level at 1/3 the cost of the high-end ones.

The media could not be loaded. It’s been challenging to retro-fit a new faucet set with an older Roman tub faucet set, that didn’t come with a handheld spray. For well under $300, this is the best-made faucet set with handheld that I’ve come across, in my 3-month search. It’s also well designed, with how the lever smoothly transitions from the waterfall faucet to the handheld sprayer. The hot/cold water lever also functions smoothly and easy to choose temperature settings. The adjustable water pressure is equally impressive. Upon taking the contents out of the box, its quality is apparent with its thick-gaged metal, deep pipe thread fittings and washers. My plumber was equally impressed and said that this was easy to install and well-packed, and with easy to follow instructions. Thanks for being an extraordinary company!

This faucet is of great quality and it looks amazing!! I needed the smaller supply lines and they sent it over right away!! I was able to install myself and I have gotten several complements!! I am pleased with both tbt quality of the product and the customer service!!

I love the feel, finish and price of this product. It was easy to install and it works great. It seems to be well made and of good quality. I accidently broke the sprayer off while tiling the tub surround. The threads are made of plastic so it snapped off as I squatted down on top of it. Totally my fault. The threads could have been made of metal but I wouldn't say plastic threads here is a bad thing. At least the sprayer threads broke and not something inside the tub that would require me to re-tile. I called the number provided and they quickly got me a price on a new sprayer and it's now being shipped to my house. The price of the sprayer seemed fair $35. I am happy with this product and the customer support for it. I would like to see pipe threads or a pex barb used on the water connection instead of rubber gaskets. But I assume the gaskets are used so anyone can install with basic tools. All in all I really like this tub faucet set. It's really nice!

Update 5/3/23: The company reached out to me regarding the leaking handle. They are sending me a replacement. So far customer service has been great! Will update again once new part is received, installed and checked for leaking.Original Review: I bought this back in January but didn't get around to installing it until March. Since installing we've only used it maybe 3 times (it is now end of April), and the handle has water coming out of it. When I read the reviews, I don't recall others having the same issue.I love the look of this set. The faucet has great pressure and so does the shower wand. I just wish I didn't have the water leaking out of the handle :(

Great seeming product, heavy and good material. Heads up though. Affix the valve assembly to the tub before connecting hoses. Top of hoses with washers do not turn, hose must turn when you tighten. Fitting are 1/2 inch pipe for hot and cold. If you have standard 3/8 compression fittings, contact company before ordering. Very happy with product so far no leaks in supplies sent. Only reason for 4 is no set screw, emailed them and no response at this time. Very happy with the quality.Update. Company contacted me in 2 days to resolve issue. Changed to 5 star. Love the product. Wife is VERY Happy!

The media could not be loaded. My wife had wanted a hand shower wand for some time now. When the old faucet started leaking it was time for a change and giver her the shower wand that she wanted. The installation was very straight forward and the instructions were sufficient for the installation. My location made it difficult but the hardware did not. It has been some time since I have installed a faucet but this had a very nice feature. Normally the back nut that is on the underside it difficult to get tight enough, especially in difficult locations such as this. In this case the nut has 2 machine screws that are 180 degrees apart so once you have it tight enough then you can tighten the machine screws to secure the fixture in place. The flowrate is excellent allowing a quick fill of this large tub. The ability to turn off the water flow without adjusting the mixing valve (with the selector on the side of the main spigot) is very nice so that you can use the shower wand intermittently.
