This item is amazing, the camera quality for a discreet hidden camera is great. It has a motion sensor setting so will not just continuously record. The screen shows battery level and you can use the power bank feature and the camera at the same time which is a great as it doesn't draw any attention to the device as it just blends in while charing a phone. The only little downside I can think of is that the camera lens is visible, but if used while charging another device it should just blend in and go unnoticed.

Minimal instructions. Zero explanation of poorly labelled and at times unresponsive "M" and "V" buttons. Constant issues connecting and reconnecting to 2.4 wifi and even when it does the app can't find the camera. Randomly decides there is no SD card. Obnoxious alarm siren for motion alert (which plays loud even when phone set to silent!)The amount of times "holding to power on" sets the device into 'reset mode' and causes you to have to go through the laborious, flakey, connect to wifi process.Online videos (of the same rebranded device) of what the M and V buttons do don't match this deviceWish I could rate this lower than 1*

We had a feeling someone was stealing.This arrived on time. Set up if you take the time to follow the instructions step by step is easy. All working, had it in 3 hours. Quality great can see what I need to see. Has done the job. All recorded and stored in the clouded for 3.99. My experience is I cannot fault it.

I found this item to be unusable.It was very difficult to set up and virtually impossible to connect to a WiFi signal, let alone maintain the connection. The picture quality, when I could actually get the camera to work was nothing more than ok, but the sound quality was awful, it crackled and echoed so badly that speech was inaudible. The device also got very warm at times.I tried the device in many different locations and with different WiFi services, none of which improved the performance.Not a device you could rely on, which somewhat makes this camera unfit for purpose.It also came with a USB storage dongle, not an SD card as stated - not very discreet!

So this is a cheaply made product from China, and thus the instructions that came with it is poorly translated and doesn't particularly explain what the buttons do and only tells you how to set up the Wi-Fi. So I will try my best to explain how to get this working after playing around with it.There are 2 version of this product, the non Wi-Fi version and the Wi-Fi version. The non Wi-Fi version allows you to record without having to connect to your phone and this Wi-Fi version which I will be explaining only works if you have the app connected to it. So to pair your phone with the device, you press the on button and the LED battery light indicator turns on, then you hold down both the V and M buttons until they start flashing (make sure you download the app from the instruction guide first). The flashing means that the device is in pairing mode, go to your phone and search for wireless networks (you might have to put your phone a little close to the product for this), look for the AP-CareXXXXXX network or something similar. Connect to it and then open the app. Once you are in the app it should automatically tell you that a camera has been found and then you can start viewing the live feed directly. I believe this would be considered the offline mode of the camera. If you want to connect it to your wifi so that you can disconnect your phone from the AP-CareXXXXX network and view the camera from anywhere in the world, the instructions is actually useful for explaining this part, so you can refer to it. Connecting the device to a wireless network is a bit tedious from my experience, if it loses connection you have to manually re-connect it again repeating the above steps. I prefer to connect my phone to the battery and view a live feed directly but this only works if you aren't too far from the device. Also the night vision mode is pathetic and you can barely see anything in a pitch black room unless right in front of the camera. The sound is lacklustre and the picture quality is that of an average CCTV camera, nothing like 4K as it states.I hope this has helped!
