Due to 2 kinds of cancer, I was forced to have an abdominal hysterectomy. I now have bladder leakage issues. Incontinence pads are ridiculously expensive, and pads are too bulky. I finally found the right product hat is not too thick, and not too expensive! I honestly did not think a thin pantyliner would work, but I am amazed that these hold the leakage and keep me feeling dry. I wear them 24 hours a day so they work all night too. They say extra coverage and I am glad they are indeed nice and wide even for me being a size 16. But I do wish they were also extra long, like 2 more inches at least. However, if I place them in the very front of my underwear, the back end doesn't hit me where it is uncomfortable (you know what I mean). As advertised, they do not bunch and also they stick great to both microfiber and cotton undies. I will definitely buy again.

These are great. They do exactly what they say. The adhesive is great, and is Completely around the edges! They are also more absorbent than you would think they would be by appearance.When I first opened the box, I thought oh gee whiz another doll size pad. THEN I gave them a try, and was very very very pleasantly pleased. The long is not as long as I would like for it to be, another 2 inches would be perfect. However, these do Work well. I highly recommend, just do not be shocked when you open the box and think like I did. Give them a try they’re worth it.

Ordered 26JAN25, rec'd 29JAN25, cost $34.76 (forgot to add S&H), 92 count per box/4 boxes in a bundle -- I have ordered this product quite a few times over the years and have always been pleased with these panty liners. What can I say? These are a thin panty liner to wear in your undies if you need to go out shopping or meet friends for a few hours. This thin liner is not for women still having their periods or have a tendency to pee when you sneeze or laugh. For that you need a heavy duty pad (get POISE Fresh Protection Pads for Bladder Leaks, extra long, either #6 or #7 or even the night time pads #8). I have discovered that having the 'extra long' version of these panty liners makes a big difference if you have any leakage. Shorter panty liners will either leak in the front or back of your panties if you don't have enough coverage. The longer length works very well for me and has caught little drips multiple times over the years. The nice thing about ALWAYS Extra Long Length Panty Liners is that you can take a couple of them with you in your purse. Put them in a Ziplock freezer bag (the regular bags don't hold up that well). The liners can be folded over and placed in the zipper part of your purse, or you can carry one or two in the Ziplock freezer bag in the back pocket of your jeans. Just make sure you press all of the air out of the bag before folding over and putting in your purse or pocket. Love these panty liners and am extremely happy with the seller. I highly recommend this product!
