Great features, functionality, and price point
I had a couple of Nordic bikes that I loved but I wanted to try something more economical. I shopped around a lot and decided on this one. I’m so glad I did. The bike is study and relatively compact for my 5’8” 150 pound frame. The seat is comfortable. It’s quiet and has many settings and programs (which I usually don’t even bother with). I use it at least four mornings per week and it’s holding up nicely! Highly recommend!

The BEST customer service I've ever encountered!
I bought this recumbent excercise machine in October of 2023, primarily for myself and my husband, but for our adult special needs dughter as well. the design enebales her to use the machine more easily than others. After light use for one year, the maganetic resistance no longer worked. This is the main componenant of this recumbent bike and one of the major decisions as to why we purchased ths product. To make things worse, we were past the warranty period. My husband reached out to SunnyFit and they were courteous, curious and engaging; providing feedback, videos and parts--in order to open up the machine so he could further investigate the problem. Thus began many email "give and take" sessions, with them asking for photos and videos of the machine operation so they could remotely determine the problem and provide solutions. (We live in Northern Michigan and they are in California.) After several weeks of mutual diagnosis and discussion, they sent new parts and the machine was back to perfectly operational and now runs better than before! The team of people who seviced our problem and shipped parts to us were Carlos and Dalia. They were kind, informative, patient and friendly. What intially was a frustration over the machine was turned into a joyful experience by these two indivuduals. If they are indictative of the entire SunnyFit corpration, then this is a fine manufacturer that you can trust. Thank you from both my husband and myself for your great product and service! It truly has been the BEST customer service I've ever encountered!

Hopefully it will get better with time
I bought this bike hoping it will help me as I am recovering from a total knee replacement. I can use the bikes at the physical therapy center very well and have no problem doing the assigned program and time. Unfortunately, that brand of bike is over $7,000 and way over my budget.I am 5ft.6in. tall and due to previous back injuries, it was recommended I get a recumbent bike. I tried going to local sporting goods stores to check recumbent exercise bikes out, but only one store had any in the store. I even called bike shops in my area but recumbent exercise bikes are not carried in any of them. I had to rely upon reviews. On this bike there is no way to raise and lower the seat height except to slide the seat forward or back on the slide mechanism. First time on the bike, I could reach the pedals, but to do so and not hyperextend my legs, I had to slide the seat closer to the pedals. That forced the bend in my knee to be greater than I could bend it yet. I am hoping it will get better with time. My range of motion in my surgical knee is currently 100-104 degrees on my own. With my physical therapist pushing on the knee, it is 115 degrees. After discussing it with my physical therapist, I added cushions to the seat and if I go very slowly on the bike, I “CAN” make a full rotation, but to do so, I am currently swaying side to side on the cushion to get the bend in the knee to make a full rotation of the pedal and not torque the knee doing so. I hope is as my range of motion increases, I will not need as many cushions and won’t have to sway side to side.UPDATE: After several months of working on the bend in my knee, I can now ride this bike. I contacted the manufacturer and they told me how to set the resistance at the lowest level and I now do almost 15 mins. on the bike. Having to work on the bend of the knee after a total knee replacement calls form me to do 15 mins. on the bike at a time. This bike, having magnetic resistance, requires a lot more from my leg than a flywheel bike does. In the end, it helps my knee.
