Just AWESOME!
This launcher is super fun. It is very well made with metal components and boy can you get those water bottle rockets launched high! I definitely recommend purchasing additional bottle launch caps from the company as you may lose a bottle or two but this thing is amazing. The hardest part is the workout pumping the pressure into the system. At around 100psi you might never see your rocket again but boy is it worth every penny!

These are the water rockets you're looking for
What you dreamed of as a kid. You'll likely need the kit accessories to properly use the parachute (which is all but needed and tricky without an altitude release), but high-quality build and lots of fun!

Worth every penny...
I wanted something for the grand-kids to enjoy when they visit and they loved it. I was a initially hesitant about laying out $95 but the parts are all high quality. If you have done simple plumbing and adjusted brake cables on bicycles, you won't have any issues assembling it. It's lots of fun. Note: I elected to get a cheap $8 pressure sprayer rather than fiddle with the funnel. Also, make sure you use a good bicycle pump.

Okay start to a good kit. Half price elsewhere.
It's pretty good, leaked despite having sealant on the threads. Just use the supplied thread tape on everything and it will be fine. The fin adaptor leaks no matter what. It's okay under 50 psi, but anything over loses pressure rapidly.Overall this is a good kit that can be adapted. Be aware that the fins are fragile... looks like by design with sharp edges and strategic hollow channels in the right places for stress risers. I added a 45 degree adaptor for the pressure gauge. It will foul against the Schrader valve and not turn if it goes in straight as designed (see pic).Be aware that is is available elsewhere (deluxe kit) for less than half the price that I paid.Needs to come with another bottle adaptor... lose one bottle and you are finished.

This is a GREAT set-up! Very nicely planned. Couple minor drawbacks.
This is a GREAT set-up! Very nicely planned.Works GREAT when used with a 2-Gallon hand-pressurized spray bottle and a battery-powered inflator!!Nice people at their customer service, in my experience.Main drawbacks (2):1. The lock-screw on the ball-joint that allows tilting works poorly -- hard to get it to stay in position -- but it is super-useful, and worth the extra price!!2. Ironically, the name-sake StratoFins fins are ridiculously weak -- with or without the parachute (which cuts travel height to ~1/3), we had a fin break almost every second launch -- always at the attachment point**(In a couple of interactions, the people at this company seem very nice -- I think it would be fairly easy to re-design the attachment of the fin to make that arrangement much strong -- if they can do that, this would be 5 STARS!)

Worth it! If you don't want to build one
Well designed and made. We don't have an altimeter but this thing deffinatly launches hundreds of feet. It's so much fun, we love it.
