Didn't look fully brand new
After waiting about 3-4 weeks for delivery for my son's birthday, we believe we'd been sent a good second hand one. The box had been taped up and the Allan keys were missing to assemble the front wheel. The bolts looked like they'd already been tightened on some parts of the scooter.
