These sensor patches are the best! It fits perfectly over my Guardian 4 sensor. And leaves NO residue - none on my transmitter and none on my arm! It is breathable and leaves my skin with no irritation (and I typically have such sensitivity to anything). I don't use any of the tape the Guardian comes with. I just insert the sensor, plug in the transmitter, put the little tape tab from the sensor over the transmitter, and then slap on one of these overlays. So easy and it stays through showers, swimming, hiking all week in hot weather. It is flexible so it is easy to place on the sensor in the middle and gently smooth it on the skin without bubbles or wrinkles. The backing of the tape is not perforated well so just take the backing off all at once. And I have repositioned the tape after it was on my skin and it went back on fine and stayed the whole week just as well. Because it is so easy to remove, I even took the patch off once without affecting the sensor, unplugged my transmitter and reinserted it and put another patch on and all worked without having to replace my sensor. Excellent!

Please be advised that we purchased this item to try to save a little money related to diabetes expenses.We normally buy FixiC Adhesive Patches. Sometimes you just have to spend the money to get the quality. Do not buy the OK TAPE, it does not adhere to the skin. It is half the price but it doesn't work, plain and simple. I have tried several different bandages to use with my CGM device and this one is one of the better when it comes to the adhesive portion of the bandage. I’ve worn them three times now, and each time they lasted the full seven days, which is pretty good by comparison. The bigger issue is the difficulty on applying the bandage. This one has 2 main portions to the backing (left and right), while others have three (left, right, and center), but not having the center backing doesn’t allow one to easily adhere the bulk of the bandage to the GCM and skin before then trying to remove the remaining backing. Basically, that center piece on the backing of the adhesive allows for an easier application of the product. Unfortunately, for myself at least, this bandage is extremely difficult to apply smoothly and one-handed as removing all of the backing at once means the bandage then applies to the location folding in on itself in some areas. I imagine this may not be an issue if an individual has assistance in applying the bandage, buy thats not the case for every person. Back to hunting for yet another bandage.

I was skeptical when I first saw that it was an open ring. That being said I haven't had any issue with peeling since using this product.

These are not good. First time I bought they worked very well, in fact so well it hurt to remove. 2nd time I bought, by the 2nd day adhesive was already falling off.

These adhesive patches adhere much better than others I have used. After a week edges sometimes fray but I have had no issues allowing damage to the sensor which is of primary importance. As always, delivery was quick.
