Victorinox Swiss Classic 4-1/2-Inch Steak/Utility Knife with Spear Tip, Serrated (Blue)

I have a few knives from this company and each time I left a review saying it was the sharpest knife but I was wrong . This is the sharpest knife it is unbelievably sharp !! Cuts bread , steak, chicken tomatoes you name it It cuts it with such ease. Sharper than their steak knife and four and a half inch paring knife one of the sharpest knives I've ever had. Agreat value and an indispensable knife.What I really love about this knife is that it slices the top off of any type roll and takes off the excess bread if you don't want it .Sometimes some rolls have a very hard crust on the top and you don't want the extra bread .This just slices the top off as thin and straight as you want it. The cut is smooth and easy it will also slice the bottom of a roll off very evenly.

We use ours daily. Super sharp!.Top rated paring knife by America's Test Kitchen. We have used ours for over 30 years, only replaced once. Great feel in your hand, great size. The classic. Variety of colors. We also like the blunt ended version

This company makes the best knives for this price range. They work really well

Feels cheaply made, but it does cut really well for a serrated knife. The serrations are also cut so that most of what I slice does not get a ton of tear out from the cutting action.

Sharp. Clean. Nice. We used these up in Alaska on the fishing boats and I came home and made sure to order some. Love them. They last and last a long time, stay sharp, and are durable. I would always recommend these knives to anyone. Sharp and ready to use any time any where.

I got a bit smaller one in red for veggies but they were out so got this one for veggie cutting and steaks. I love this knife but be very careful because they are super sharp. My suggestion would be to NOT let children or young teens handle these knives.

After over 20 years, my very favorite paring knife, that I used...Broke. I researched a lot of paring knives, and chose Victorinox Swiss Classic 4-1/2 Steak/Utility Knife. I love it. I have arthritis in my hands, and the weight and size of this knife is perfect. I use it all day,..every day. I'm going to buy another one for back-up. It easily cut up a Costco Chicken, my sandwiches and fruit. Great little knife and nice and sharp.
