Easy to use.
Even though most of this is information can be found on the internet, I am glad that Kathy Steinmann took the time to collect it and put in one book to make it easy for me to find. I do a lot of research on nutrition for myself and it gets tiring to keep trying to remember where I last saw what.

I always thought I ate enough fiber until I bought this book and started counting! Helped me prevent diverticulitis!

Very poor production/publishing
The contents are upside down/backwards in the book. Pages are missing, or out of order. Due to the nature that this book was purchased for, the contents are now unreliable. I am unable to locate the name of the publisher on/in the book.

How much soluble fiber???????
She says soluble fiber is most important, but her RDA chart doesn't specify soluble or insoluble. Is the RDA for soluble, insoluble, or both??Maybe I missed something but I don't see that info.
