CosaminDS For Joint Health Comfort & Mobility, 108 Capsules ( Pack of 2)

For some reason this is the only supplement that effectively works on my knees. I’ve tried other supplements but none work as well as Cosamin.

I'm now placing my second order. It's gone up a couple bucks with this vendor since February 2008, but what hasn't gone up lately? At least it's a modest increase. Yes, it's 3 bottles of 72 (tamper-proof sealed) and they're not in their original boxes, but I figure that must save on the shipping. Belonging to Insider's Club is a plus because they rebate my shipping on many merchants including Amazon. I've done a lot of checking and this is the best price. I'll keep coming back as long as the price stays low. Both my husband and I take it every day. Nutramax also makes a version called Cosequin for cats and dogs (recommended by our vet). Four years we started our 17-year-old cripped up kitty on Cosequin with amazing results. She's still hanging in there and now 21 years old. I'm very pleased with Cosamin DS and Nutramax products.

Someone told me about Cosamin DS a few years ago. I balked at the price but I figured it'd be worth the $ if it would truly calm the persistent discomfort, and hopefully give me more years playing hockey. It's been several years now. I'm in my 60's and playing hockey twice a week with no knee issues (knock on wood!!) since I started taking Cosamin DS every day. I'm not 100% certain this is what solved the problem, but I'm not taking any chances.

My orthopedic surgeon recommended it for hand arthritis, he said that Glucosamine Chondroitin works best for hand arthritis in studies, and THIS BRAND is his favorite. WIthin 1 month of starting this, my hand pain was gone, and I could open jars, juice lemons, use a can opener again without difficulty. Best find ever! I put my husband and several of my patients on it.

One of our doctors is quoted saying "If you aren't taking Cosamin DS you aren't takingglucosamine and chondroitin" I have runners knee from running a marathon. This helps my knees not hurt as much. My sister has junior arthritis and this is one of the only things that actually works for her. I know it's a bit expensive, but I believe it's worth it.

Cosamine DS is a top notch product recommended to me BY THE prominent SPORTS MEDICINE SURGEON that operates on the local professional athletes. It has improved my arthritic shoulder developed from 20 years of weightlifting. The other thing that I noticed later on was that my elbow, knee, and thumb joints no longer made "cracking" noises.This product is more than another unproven supplement. The double-blinded study was performed at the University of Illinois. Although it is a bit more expensive that other glucosamine and condroitin brands, I know Cosamine DS provides me the standardized, purified dosage used in the U of I study.
