This product seems to be okay as far as quality goes. I tend to not tolerate some brands of supplements due to ingredients, but I seem to be tolerating these capsules fine. They are easy to swallow. I cannot say yet how well they are working as I have not used them long enough to see long term if they help. I will update my review later on if they do not seem to be working well.
