I have never heard of corn mint before so was interested to try this. I love essential oils and use them in my own homemade toiletries and also in oil burners to refresh the house.This smells of peppermint to me - fresh and uplifting. A perfect one to add to my oil burners to refresh the house and get rid of stale smells and cooking smells.I add essential oils to non fragranced hand washes and body washes . This is also a natural disinfectant so adds a bit of extra cleaning quality to handwashes.I don't ingest any essential oils so cannot comment on using them for ingesting.

This bottle is a generous size and is a bonus as I go through many of my mint oils fairly quickly. This essential oil is fresh, slightly sweet and crisp. It smells almost the same as my peppermint essential oil. I use it neat on a cotton ball to inhale as needed when I am exhausted in the morning; it is an excellent reviver. I rub it on my forehead with a carrier oil to relieve tension headaches, and it works well.It blends well with grapefruit to produce an uplifting aroma and fills the room with a lovely scent that also helps wake me up when I need a boost.It is almost as good as peppermint and is a cheaper substitute.
