We have used these once and they worked well. They are easy to carry to baseball tournaments and easy to set up. They look nice. They are a nice size. I cannot speak to durability since I have only used them one time.

This umbrella is awesome. I like that it clamps on the porch rail, porch chair, wherever I want to put it and it has adjustable angles with an easy push of a button. There's a corner section of our porch that the morning to late afternoon sun hits and this umbrella keeps the sun from beating down in that area and also lowers the temp in that corner. It's just the right size and span for what I need and pretty too.

Excellent quality. Very sturdy. Larger than the other chair umbrellas and heavier also. Easy to set up and adjust to need. My other ones I hooked to my wooden chair arm. This one was a bit heavy so I attached it to the frame and still easy to adjust. The fringe (for lack of a better word) is about 4" and provides more protection. Only drawback is my chair is low and if I'm sitting next to someone in a taller chair the "fringe" block the view so I just clipped it up. Suggestions might be to have a smaller bag to put the clamp in if you don't keep it attached to the pole. Also, if there was a way to adjust the pole itself. When I first attached it, it was very high & provided less protection. When I attached to the frame it was in a lower place so it worked well.

It works well and attaches easily to my plastic adirondack chair. However, the pole is rather thin and shaky and would not stand up well to anything above a very mild breeze. That said I am happy that it provides shade and a bit of heat control.

I have a large swing on the patio that is in full sun during the hottest part of the afternoon without any coverage. I bought this to clip on the back for some protection and allow us to use our Ipads without the glare. Works like a charm and has held up well for the entire summer!

Easy to use and comes with a cover with a strap so it’s easy to carry. Clamp works well and doesn’t loosen on its own. Great variety of knobs to adjust to get the right angles. Great value!

I was at my granddaughter's soccer game in the blazing hot sun, and decided to look for sun umbrellas that would clip onto our soccer chairs. I purchased four of these umbrellas--two as a gift for her parents, and two for us. I am disappointed for a few reasons:1. They do not seem sturdy enough to withstand more than a gentle breeze. Don't even think about using these at the beach--they will surely turn inside out and break. For sporting events where there is little to no wind, they would be okay.2. Of the four I purchased, I could tell immediately that one has been previously returned and resold. It was not packaged like the others and did not include the instructions or tags. I thought I tried all four of them, but unfortunately, I did not notice until we went to use the umbrella a couple months later that the shank (main pole) of the previously returned umbrella was bent with a kink in it. The umbrella would not open. The seller did not do a quality control inspection before reselling it to me. I did very much appreciate that Amazon agreed to take it back. However, I was bummed that I no longer had the original box; they offered me the option to return ONLY at the UPS Store, where I had to pay $11.83 for a box to return it. My lesson learned: Thoroughly inspect all purchases as soon as received and do NOT dispose of the shipping carton until you know the item is okay.3. These umbrellas smell like dead fish. There must be something about the fabric that causes that. I hope it goes away with time.WHAT I LIKE:They are light weight and easy to carry. The clamp adjusts to several positions. The carry bag is handy.I need to replace the one that arrived bent.
