Product arrived scratched. Based on other reviews, this seems to be a common occurrence. If you are relying on the polished exterior as part of the look, getting this item might be risky.Since I am covering the top with another base, the scratches did not affect me.From a functional perspective, the device rotates very smoothly and seamlessly.

I had these available when friends wanted to learn to decorate cookies. They worked great and because of them, it is easier to keep a steady hand and use the turntable to get smooth outlines on the cookie.

I purchased one and it arrived marred, scratched, and with buffer marks not to mention numerous fingerprints (I open packages with latex-style gloves—I do this in case I don’t keep the product for various reasons). The second one arrived with fingerprints, scratches, buffer marks, and this time dried water spots. No Quality Control whatsoever.The included uploaded pictures are of both sides at different angles to support what I wrote.
