Apple iPhone SE (2nd Gen) 256GB - White (Renewed)

Finally got around to upgrading from my trusty iPhone 7, which no longer updates beyond IOS 15.8.2. This refurbished iPhone SE 2nd Generation updates to the present IOS 17.5.1. So far, the latter is an excellent improvement. It took me a time to figure out how to transfer all my data and apps across from the old iPhone to the new (it's different to the old 'backup device to iTunes and restore to new device'). However, when I did work it out, it went seamlessly. I haven't had the need yet for the Face ID but will check that out soon.

phone is what they said it was and is working fine. very happy with my new second hand phone.

This purchase is a straight replacement for my 4 year old SE2020 of the same spec. which I had dropped - leading to a badly cracked screen and slightly damaged case. Apart from the Battery capacity being shown as 85% rather than the 100% one gets with a brand new device, this refurbished SE2020 appears as good as new. The significant price difference vs. brand new makes it look like excellent value (but of course I do not have the protection of an Apple warranty).

Was happy with the condition and it arrived a day early with sweets which was a nice touch......however, screen froze after 3 days and couldnt even answer calls. Apple eventually managed to get it on, though were unsure of the problem as it suddenly became responsive just as i was about to leave with it still screen locked. Worked OK for 2 days then froze again. I am away on holiday and brought it with me hoping it would work but since screen froze 2nd time, no life in it since a week ago, despite charging. 'Contact seller' option kept sending me back to the start which I appreciate is probably down to amazon, not the seller. Very frustrated and disappointed and have now lost the return option, as can't return the phone until I am back from holiday and get to the apple shop to wipe everything off my phone. Very upset.

This company Le Hart Mobile are straightforward honest, appreciate their value costumers.If I have an issue they would respond to me very quickly, looking for the best solution for costumer and most important to them is costumers not themselves.I promise I am telling the truth because in the past I had some company who doesn't Value their customers and they try to twist things round which I end up telling friends and families to avoid them.BUT this Le Hart Mobile company are great.As I promised myself if I need to buy a mobile first I will look at Le Hart Mobile.Thank you so much le hart mobile.H KaidDate 31/7/23

Not a genuine Apple Battery so phone cannot be verified. Apple support telling me I need to have a new battery at cost of £65. Is this expected?

I got this reconditioned phone as an emergency after I smashed my current phone beyond repair but don't have the funds to buy one of the newer models. ATM battery life is good and the phone was in great condition.

Moved back to iPhone from huawei and am please with my purchase however, this small screen is going to take some time to get used to as texts are quite small and difficult to read. That is my problem, in all other respects this se 2nd generation is excellent
