Makes aeration of lawns extremely easy

Exactly as per the description and picture this roller does a very good job of shallow aerating the lawn, with very little effort needed to keep it moving across the grass. A quick brush after use, even in damp soil, is sufficient to clean it enough to put it away (the box it arrives in is great for this).It's a little bit fiddly to attach the bracket via nuts/bolts/washers to the main body of the roller and the two piece handle isn't the strongest I've seen, but it's sufficient for the task as you do not need to use much pressure as you aerate the lawn.For the price I don't think you will find a better solution for a shallow aerating tool.

Mechanically it is sound but needs to be heavier in order to penetrate grass. Grass needs to be very well watered and super soft for it to be effective.

Very fast delivery and product just as advertised

This product is a great price and very easy to use - the grass seeds are evenly distributed from the bin and the time and labour saved make it a valuable purchase. It was ordered and delivered without charge in three days. Would recommend this product to anyone needing to repair a patchy lawn.

Not hollow tine (okay that's on me for not reading properly) even with all my weight on it on wet ground it still barely penetrated.Update - Winter has come and lawn is water logged, having conducted further research spikes need to be 4-6inch deep and reckon this barely does an inch so waste of money.Migh tbe suitable for some peoples needs but def not mine

Great product, quality , and price,easily assembled and delivered before estimated time

Out of the box the aerator was very easy to assemble and very easy to use. The spikes do not go that deep but I think they go deep enough, time will tell.For ease of shipping the handle is in three parts and when assembled it is not a sturdy as I would like but I have fairly soft soil so its not a big problem.
