Initially the pain seemed impossible! What in the heck did I get myself into!I gave myself a month to see for myself if these would help. So, I gradually started out wearing them for ten seconds, then twenty and so on. Now I have graduated to wearing them 3 minutes in the morning and 3 minutes bed bed.I noticed:1. I feel more relaxed2. A hard lump under my foot has shrunken down a LOT3. I feel a bit better overall4. When u first put them on and start walking it hurts a little but u should get use to them the flyer say. U have to wear thick sock with them so I went and put some on and that felt a little better. I used to use it two or three times per day for 5 minutes, which gave benefit, even though it’s quite uncomfortable To walk shortly with it, unfortunately the little raised keys comes out often more and more until becomes useless! So it needs improvement in its manufacturing! I do not fully recommend.
