I love this fry pan which can be used for other foods to cook. It is a heavy stainless steel with a class center cover. This pan can stand up to high heat. It is great and I am so glad I purchased it. Also it is easy to clean.

This is my first time buying a stainless steel pan, and honestly, best decision ever! Just used it and it worked perfectly—great quality and it heats up faster than my usual pans.I know people worry about sticking, but if you heat it right, it’s amazing. I did the water test—when the drops ball up and glide around like mercury, it’s ready. I love it!

I have not used it yet, but it is an authentic 10 inch stainless steel skillet. I bought it to replace an OLD hammered club aluminum 60 year old skillet. My old skillet does not have replacement handles available so I hoped this one would be a good complete replacement. and I believe this one could last 60 years too. Unless something does not come up to what I expect, it is a great buy.

Great pan at a fantastic price. I love that the handles don’t get hot, having a glass lid is a must. Really pleased.

Nice weight to this pan. Works very well easy cleanup. As recommended in videos, I watched regarding cooking with stainless steel, I preheat the pan on low to medium heat before adding nonstick cooking spray and sauté my vegetables watching very closely and stirring so they don’t burn or stick to the bottom of the pan. I soak the pan after cooking and the food slides right off very easy to clean after cooking on low to medium heat, never high heat.

I love this pan. I’ve read other reviews that mention stickiness but if you season the pan it becomes almost non stick!To season: put high smoke point oil (like canola) in pan and heat until oil starts to smoke then remove it from heat and let it cool. Then wash as you would any other pan.I put a pin drop of oil in it & coat the entire pan with the oil before storing. (Just a tiny tiny tiny amount of oil, so you can’t tell it’s even on the pan)It becomes almost non stick.

Handle will break. 2 for 2 on them breaking off. They give you 4 nuts to screw this on and you only need two. If you put on to tight they snap right off happened 4 times. I have never had this happen before. If I had been cooking and some hot grease was in the pan it would of went all over possibly maiming the user for life.

I truly love it. Quality is so good, easy to clean and it’s thick. It can be used as weapon too that’s how sturdy it is. The handle is easy to attach. The instructions are easy peasy.
