Product is old, I'm assuming sense it. It is very stiff and does not come out of the container

a mess
I received this and the opening where you would squeeze the product out had dry caked product which wouldn’t allow any to come out. I tried to clean it out and that didn’t work so I tried to squeeze it out and the bottle exploded all over my bathroom floor. The only option given is to return for a new one or refund but it’s literally in my trash can bc it was such a mess sooooo.
