I got this to replace my previous waist trainer that lost it shape after a month. This one works well however I recommend using a compression board underneath. It does this indent thing in the middle and looks like it’s collapsed in the middle . The board resolved its issues and I’ve had no other issues.

The velcro is strong. However , this product runs extremely small.

I wear a standard size 2/4 in jeans and ordered a medium. I’m so glad I did: this works really good and provides a tight snug fit.

It’s awful. China should not be able to.Provide sizes in America. The only thing I’m doing these days is wasting my money on things that are extra small. They’re supposed to be extra large and I’m pissed off that Amazon allows china to rip us off.

This waist trainer is teeeea. It ended up coming in the same day I got my Scu*** Tou** so I was able to compare the brands. They have the same build but this one comes with bones. It had very good compression. I’m unsure about the size… you can get the size you wear or go up a size.Overall I really like it.
