After having bariatric surgery I cannot tolerate sweet things so finding protein shake was very difficult. I decided to try this brand just randomly and was pleasantly surprised that it is not too overly sweet and it's very tasty. However it says drink with water it was pretty terrible terrible with water. I use low-fat low calorie milk much much better!

Great flavor, bad chalky mouth feel. It does leave an awful after taste no matter what it’s mixed with. I stomach it because I have no choice. It is better than most powdered protein though

My dr had me to use this for gastric sleeve pre opp. It mixes nice and smooth with both regular and almond milk. I recommend in sweetened Almond milk because it will save you calories. It mixes with water but it just isn’t as good.

I did biatric surgery and lemme tell u this shake is delicious. i mix it with lactaid milk it taste like sugar cookies.

Waste of money not as advertised

I preferred the flavor when blended with milk instead of water, but not a bad shake at all 😋
