these are lovely and extremely good value

Do you have a relative who has kept the same @#$% for 2 decades or more? This is one of the items that they probably need, but won't buy. I got tired of my Mom's taste (or lack thereof) in the dining room. This was a start at replacing the accumulation of 4 decades of never buying anything new. She loved the set and now looking to get something else. She will have to get rid of the 40 y.o. grandfather clock that hasn't run in 20 years first. This item is well made and stylish in an understated way. A great buy!

The setting is nice, but the quality is just ok. I’m wondering how long these will last as the rectangular mats are quite thin. The circular mats seem more durable though.

I like the macrame placemat, it looks lovely. However, I'm disappointed with the round placemat, as it appears to be of low quality and doesn't feel good to the touch.

Unfortunate because they’re gorgeous. Day two of using the larger mats and the middle has frayed apart completely. The dark brown strip is just chillin’ on its own. I hate to say it but they’re crappy I’m sorry. If you’re staging a home or something- they’re perfect.
