Q: Are the anti-slip spots of the bottom safe for hardwood floors?

I don't think these dots are nearly enough to ruin a wooden floor. By the way, its non-skid indeed.

Q: How do i get them horrible square folds out of the rug were it has been folded into square instead of rolling it like you normally do with a rug !!

Just lay it flat where you want it. After about a day they disappeared. I had 3 of these rugs. 2 of them didn't have this problem. But it just needs walking on

Q: Can I wash this rug in a washing machine?

Yes u can wash these on a low wash I have same ones and they wash lovely
