This bitter herb, is very bitter and curbs appetite. Don't need to use too much, so it last a while. Would definitely buy again!

This tea tastes terrible! It has an appropriate name, however it is an excellent natural way to lower high blood sugar. My brother lowered his blood sugar by 20 points with in an hour of consuming a cup of tea. He keeps it on hand and will drink it when he cheats on his diet.

Excellent for Colds
Yes it tastes terrible but that's why they call it bitters. Duh! Made a tea of it last night for a cold. Yep better than NyQuil by a long shot.
