No problem with this seller. The item was properly described and the delivery time was great. These mounting pads are very easy to install. Care must be taken because these mounting pads are very aggressive. Initial placement must be accurate as these pads hold quickly and are very srong.

These disks work well to hold the cell phone clamp/charger to the dash of my Odyssey. The glue on the one it replaced pretty much melted in the heat and caused the clamp to fall off the dash, plus it made a real sticky mess. This one however, has yet to show any signs of negative affect from the heat. I don't think it has gotten quite as hot outside yet this year, so I might have to wait until Summer 2025 to see if my main concern has been resolved. But even if it does fail in the heat, I can already tell that it won't make nearly as much of a mess. And even if it does, I've got three more to use.I recommend these disks to anyone who needs a good solid connection to your car's dash for any device; and the device that I'm using it on is actually quite heavy.

I used the larger size to adhere my magnetic car mount since the original that was provided melted off (cleanly) in the heat. This worked even better than anything else I've tried. That's including the original and alien tape.Would highly suggest to clean the application areas first, apply rubbing alcohol, allow to dry, and hold down the exposed side down for 30 seconds. If the item you're adhering to the other side is heavy I'd also suggest to wait 24 hours before putting any weight on it. After all of that I've had my car mount installed with just that one piece for at least 4 months now without any movement. My phone isn't small either and it hasn't fallen once, not even in the extreme heat we've had this summer.I think my daughter used one of the smaller ones on her car's dash for some small decor, without all of the cleaning, and it's held on just fine. Her car is out in the driveway in the heat all day and night even without any movement.These are awesome and completely worth it. Better than anything I've ever used. Don't ask me about removal yet though. I'm just hoping it doesn't leave any residue.

It is a good 3M product and I replaced another type that 'melted' and unmounted my phone holder in the car. followed all directions and was hopeful. It worked during the low 90s until the high 90s to 100F temp hit. Then I came out from work and --- so much for the mount again. But hey, it lasted at least a few weeks longer in the same heat than the generic ones I tried or the type that the mount came with or the other mounts I got at an auto store.I won't use super glue for the mount on the dash in the car. Good thing there are 4 pieces and the fit onto the mounting plate is perfect-- I guess I will keep using each one until the heat melts it off again. Might even make it through the summer!

Replaced the sticker that came with the mount. This one has already lasted longer than the original and doesn’t show signs of coming off. Hopefully it will come off when I decide to remove it but for now, I’m very happy with how it’s performed so far. Tabs make installation quick and easy.

Replaced the adhesive pad on a phone mount in my car. Let it cure for a day before using it. A week later it fell off while not being used and I found it on the floor in my car.

Reasonably priced, works well if you properly clean the surface first.
