The media could not be loaded. I have to replace first earbuds because they seems like refurbished with packaging flaws as shown in my video. The box was packed with cello tape instead of vaccum polythene packing like that of new phone packing. Secondly the earbuds inside does not come with any oppo sticky plastic wrap around it with some signs/instructions printed on it.I knew for sure they are refurbished ones.Now received new one as replacement. The packaging is intact now. With all my doubts cleared.Now about the earbuds-Pros.Very good quality build wise and sound and features wise.Voice calling is good.Voice assistant works good.Music quality is awesome.Battery life is above average for earbuds and very good for the case.Colour and feel is premium.Fitting is very good, even while laying sideways on a pillow they won't hurt or fall of the ear that easily.Touch functionality is good.Type C charging is convenient.Got the for 2k and they are worth the price.No need to download heymelody app on OnePlus phones. They already have all the settings of the app.Cons.Won't come with charging cable.BATTERY LEVEL ON LEFT AND RIGHT EARBUDS TENDS TO DIFFERENT BY 10% most of the time. Even when u charge them fully one will show 90% and other 100%.This is kind of annoying.Case prone to scratches.

This is definitely a product to buy , in this price range this could be one of he best earbuds u can get . It fits perfectly in my ears and don't fall out even if you’re jogging , dancing, working out or any activity ; it stays in place . The sound quality is really good for this budget .The “Heymelody” app is a really good customer friendly application and has a lot of features . It has been around 20 days for which i have been using this product and so far its doing its job.

The product I received is defective. One of the earpiece is not connecting to mobile.. I went to service center and there I met another 3 customers who faced the same problem. They were said to get the. replacement in a week but it's been 3 weeks they are waiting. I m also communicated for 5-7 days replacement. Let's see. They are pathetic in there services. They never call or message for any update. They said this product is discontinued by Oppo so it may take time to replace. I don't know why are they selling it online when company has discontinued the product. Very disappointed. Would never recommend any oppo product to anyone. Please don't buy.Can't submit the review without a star. So I have to give one..

I love its shape and size.Build qlty is ok. top cover seems to be weak but it will lasts long on careful usage.Sound qlty is good for me , I am not using it for music but still it produces good sound .value for money.Call connectivity and voice qlty is awesome in closed room , need to test in open noise environment.need to improve touch sensitivity. but it is still ok. no gesture to answer calls.No cable for charging.I would rate battery life 6/10Definitely go for this buds under 2k.

I had Oppo Enco Free and unfortunately lost it. So bought this model. Doesn't disappoint. This is like half in ear and I for one, don't like the buds type which completely in-ear.It comes nowhere near Oppo Enco Free but when compared to other earbuds in this price range, this is the best.Will post more on battery and call quality after regular usage.

The product is all over goodBest in songs experience best in battery life best in connectivity but coming to calling its good if your not traveling, whereas if your in call while traveling, then its very poor. The other person on the call cannot hear your voice. It has only on issue that is poor calling experience thats it. In other things its good.

It’s one of the best earbuds I used so far in price of 2k. Previously, I was using Noise buds though I liked this one which is an upgrade for me, also it has very low latency compared to one which I used previously so it has no issues of sound delay while playing games such as Bgmi(pubg), codm, etc. Ps- My advice will be for a person like me who don’t want rubber cap like earphone or buds and feels uncomfortable and want half-in ear type & can compromise with noise cancellation to some extent, this is the one for you. Also go for blue colour.
