it's a great holster.
Having the locator pin for the muzzle makes putting a blue gun in it a little tricky. You can use this holster with and without a light. Hence, the pin for the muzzle. I had to drill out the end of my blue gun to make it fit. Other than that, it's a great holster.

Great holster... Took off the guard, could not draw my gun from a seated position. It is thinner than the first gen safariland. Even if hood is down you cannot get the gun out ( unless you push another button ). Draw time is not increased due to this either. After ten minutes of practicing at home I felt confident.

I purchased this for my son to attend the police academy and he loves it! It's going to be his duty holster as well. It's nothing like I used when I was on the PD! I wish I had one back then.

Buyer beware!
Thjis WILL NOT fit the new Gen 5 Glock 22. Just purchased the holster and the trigger gards stops the firearm from fitting into the hoslter.
