Fabulous rice with a suble and lovely flavor.
This is now my regular rice. It takes longer to cook, but the flavor and texture is rewarding.

A new & exciting kind of rice for me.
I read the history of the red rice from France and was intrigued that the cultivation had been since the 1500s with various ups and downs. I was pleased with the taste and it was delivered from France as promised. I will buy it again.

It wasn't what I expected
It was full of bugs which I did not realize till it passed the date to return it. The taste was compromised as well.

wonderful texture and flavor red rice.
i've been to the Camargue and I read in a book about how wonderful the rice was especially with fish. Did not disappoint. Now I have am spoiled and Frequently re-order. The flavor and texture is like no other rice.
