The media could not be loaded. I installed this cup rinser as an under-mount cleaner with a custom counter insert to hide the cleaner when not in use. The rinser is very powerful and capable of rinsing everything from a 1oz bell jigger to a large cocktail mixing tin. The under mount install took some careful fabrication of the countertops since the flange is smaller than an under mount sink, but the plumbing was very straightforward. I am very pleased with this cup rinser, we’ll see how the stainless holds up over time.

Mine showed up a little bent. The 2nd hose was not included. The T was also not included.The cup space doesnt allow for a milk frothing cups with a handle. Can't use it....

Poorly designed drip tray. The actual tray insert doesn't sit flush in the sink portion. Even if it did sit properly the height of the tray is too high so that any liquid poured on the tray immediately runs to the edges and right out of the sink and on to the counter. I had to fabricate a drip tray that sat lower in the drain so that liquid would not spill out of it.Also, no easy way to mount this. I tried to fabricate a bracket to pull the drain down to the counter from the bottom but the metal is so thin that the drain started to pull out before the edges of the sink were flush with the counter. Silicone will not hold it to the counter. I resulted to industrial strength adhesive to get it to stick.If I had not counter the counter this would have been returned.

The black finish is peeling off after 7 months. Is there a warranty on this?

The only negative is the drain pan would drain better if the metal was perforated and sloped to channel the water to the drain. Otherwise it works good!

Paint started peeling after a week of use. Tried getting in contact with the seller but found it impossible to find contact info. Would love a replacement as the piece looks incredible.
