I came across these on Amazon quite by chance and got them for my husband who has non-alcoholic cirrhosis of the liver. As there appears to be no medication for this condition I thought these capsules were worth a try particularly after reading a positive review from someone with a similar condition. The dosage is 2 capsules per day but I have started him off on 1 per day to see if there are any side effects. So far he has found them easy to take and with no side effects whatsoever. When I did a bit of research on the internet, a maximum dose of 500mg was recommended which is one capsule so he may stick with this dosage. These capsules are reasonably priced so these are definitely worth a try if you have liver problems.Update:- Some days after starting to take these capsules my husband started to suffer stomach problems. At first we did not associate the problems with the capsules but when the stomach ache persisted I started to wonder whether there was a connection. I did a bit of research online and discovered that the product can indeed cause stomach problems. As a result, he has had to stop taking the capsules.

These are supposed to help make unborn baby clever. Wife took them during pregnancy. will have to wait and see. Wife said she felt difference.

These are relatively small bullet shaped capsules, so easy to swallow, I find. You take 2 a day, so the packet will last for 2 months as there are 120 of them. To me, they don't taste or smell but I don't have the best sense of smell in the world.I’ve been taking 7 supplements daily for my Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease (NAFLD) since 2018. Healing a fatty liver is very slow going, I had an issue with Paracetamol and Lansoprazole, cutting out the former completely and changing the latter to Omeprazole helped a lot but my levels were still way too high and refusing to budge anymore. NAFLD isn't treated on the NHS, they only monitor it with regular blood tests and scans when necessary. I got a book from Amazon at the end of 2017 about how to heal a fatty liver and have been taking these 7 supplements since the beginning of 2018 every day ever since then. I don't actually feel any better but my bloodwork has improved massively since taking them and my doctor has told me that it is working so to carry on doing what I'm doing.At the beginning of May 2020, I read a report that trials were about to start using a new supplement that contains 5 ingredients, 2 of which I am already taking but I thought I should add in the other 3; Choline is one of them. One of the problems with NAFLD is that I have a very low immune system so catch everything that’s going so I need to take care but strangely it didn’t make it onto the NHS list!

Choline Bitartrate sounds a bit chemical, but is in-fact an essential nutrient from the vitamin B complex. Not only does it help with liver function, but it's good for heart function, memory and reducing inflammation. These capsules represent excellent value for money with 120 capsules in the resealable packet - two months' supply. I take it daily and can notice the difference, mentally and physically and no longer have indigestion or reflux.

Complete waste of money. The choline has clearly decomposed in large part to trimethylamine either through poor production or sitting around too long. Either way totally unfit for human consumption.When I posted a product review stating as much my order mysteriously went from delivered to 'late' despite being here and my review has not been show. I've included a photo as proof of purchase & delivery.If this review is 'disappeared' then the Amazon review system is clearly as rotten as this product and I will have to make a further complaint...
