Over the last few years, I've become a huge fan of memory foam footstools. I've purchased them for multiple rooms of my house, and have even purchased them as gifts for family and friends.But I recently got a new desk chair that made my old memory foam footstool too short. I tried stacking it on top of several thick books, but this ad hoc solution didn't work very well.Finally, I ordered this footstool ("EverRest Foot Rest Under Desk for Office Use - Warmer Feet, 3 Adjustable Heights").And I'm happy to report that it's perfect!PROS:--It's tall enough to suit my new desk chair.--I adore the foot pocket. So cozy.--It popped up to full size within a minute or two. No need to wait, unlike many memory foam products.--There was no foul aroma, unlike many similar memory foam products.CONS:--None.

This is a very good concept on this type of foot rest having 2 extra layers under the foot rest. However, there are some needed improvements. First each layer is connected with only one inch of velcro on each corner. That is not enough to hold it in place well with as stretchy as the under fabric is. I have used this one day and I had to adjust the corners as they were slipping. This inch of velcro may have been enough but the fabric is too loose and stretchy covering the foam layers. When I pick this up there is space between the layers and much moving of it will make the velcro come apart. See photos. The fabric with the dots between layers is very stretchy and loose and this causes the velcro to not hold well. I have another brand of this type of foot rest and the under layer is rubber dots and not stretchy at all and the fabric is form fitted tightly. And that one holds together nicely with 2 inch velcro on each corner. All in all for the price, I am disappointed in the quality of this foot rest.

The slide in cover for the feet is really nice in the wintertime but I rarely use it. They are cozy and well made.I have two of these side by side with the bottom detachable layer in front on both. This gives me two places to put my feet so I can switch back and forth as needed with a more even leveling between the two than using it as one tall footrest. The whole footrest as a one piece was too tall for me and a single piece in front is perfect for when I sit upright. Then when I want to rest my feet furthermore, I raise them up and put them on the tall back section with an easy transition upwardly.I need them because my legs would hurt from sitting too much at my computer. I lowered the chair height and raised the floor level with the cushions to help take the pressure off the underside of the front of my legs where they hurt. It works great that way with a wheelchair cushion on the seat over a sheep skin seat cover.

So very comfortable keeps feet super warm and it helps pain in legs and hips

I got this foot rest a few days ago and I am very happy with it. It came in a compressed package in an Amazon box. After opening all 3 foam parts of this foot rest bounced back to shape without any problems. It's easy to attach the parts with the velcros fasteners located at the bottom side of each part. The footrest is sturdy and adjustable depending on the needed height. I am shorter than the average person (5.1), so depending on where I sit, I adjust the foot rest accordingly. It's especially amazing to use at the desk since it keeps my posture straight and the body doesn't slide down. I also like to take one part out and use only two parts when I sit on the sofa. It helped me with my leg pain, correct posture, and simply keeping my legs compy. I'm happy with the purchase.

Nuce and soft, yet very sturdy. It is very different from the normal foot rest. I use it every day under my work desk. Works well.
