Great Product
I had a very sever sprain in my early 20s, took months to heal but after that living an active lifestyle I never had another issue. Fast forward 4 decades and I can tell you that it is true that old injury's come back to haunt us. My ankle is weak and prone to twisting, i recently did a number on it. I tried a few braces and they were better than nothing but always lacking in build quality of ability to restrict movement. I purchased the predecessor to this version a year ago and found it to be of very high quality construction and restricts movement very well. The issue was lacing and unlacing these took time so when I saw this updated version with the speed lace system I had to try it. I'm not disappointed at all, the function and quality is as high as the early model but it is definitely easier to put on and take off.If this is your first brace purchase I highly recommend this brace. my dad had two things he would always say about product selection (he was a design engineer) "buy once, cry once" and " cheap is expensive". I have found both to be very true.

Good
I feel good support with this. I like that I don't have to thread the laces which makes it a lot easier to put on and take off. The support is comfortable to wear even without socks. I bought 2 others but they are both going back after getting this brand. Great product!

Support Both Your Ankle and Your Budget!
The media could not be loaded. Sprained my ankle bad a few weeks ago. Old basketball injury back to haunt me. Woman finally made me go to Ankle Institute. I don't have insurance. Doc said no broken bones but bad tendon sprain. $70 bucks for an ASO ankle brace like this one but with tie-laces.I said, "I don't like insurance companies and this is why. Thanks but no thanks. Gonna check Amazon and eBay instead".Found the same brace the AI was offering and was surprised by the low price of $30. Not used - new.Plus the fact that it was actually BETTER than the AI's version because it uses Velcro laces. Awesome!5 areas of support. You got two short Velcro laces that cross over the top of the foot and attach to either side of the arch. You got two long straps that go under the arch and Velcro to either side of your leg above the ankle. Finally a wide brace that runs across the leg near the lowest part of the shin. You can make this as tight as you can stand due to the stretchy material and strong Velcro.I wear a sock underneath to prevent itching and irritation.I have washed and dried it in a standard washing machine and dryer with no issues.I have gone swimming with it on in chlorinated and salt-system pools with no issues. This brace is perfect. You can even put it on one handed.Check out the video for further detail.

Picture and description is incorrect
I was looking for the speed lacer, which uses velcro to hold laces. This one has to be tied into place. Wouldn’t be a big deal, except I wear 8” boots, so it chafes. Real problem was that these can’t be returned. Even the next day. Hard to recommend something with inaccurate information and no returns. My podiatrist sold me one of these for one foot, so I went on the hunt for a brace of the same type for the other foot. I found this same brand. However, the one I received was slightly different than the original. It works, but isn’t as comfortable and ease of use isn’t the same. I suspect it was old stock, since it doesn’t match the picture of their product. What to look for: The best design has four laces, top and bottom, for a total of 8 laces.Otherwise, the relief is almost instantaneous.

Not easy-to-use. Bulky.
Not complicated to put on, except the velcro straps get in the way and stick to everything, especially if trying to fasten the brace standing on carpet. Didn't finish wrapping even once to try on. Will be bulky for any shoe.

It does the job as described!
I've been wearing these 3 times/week for the past 3 weeks and they are working great. Well made and doing its job. One of the main reasons I chose this was the "Speed lace closure design" and I am more than satisfied on how they work. Putting on and off is so much easier and quicker. No more loosening or tightening the laces one-by-one!We'll see how long they will last as I actively wear them for 3-4 times per week!

Easy to put on and adds good support
I bought for my 92 yr old mom who sprained her ankle. This has helped tremendously. It’s been a week and her ankle feels much better. Easy for her to put on by herself.
