Works well for a drill leveling fixture
I bought these bullseye levels for use in a fixture I built to attach to my electric drill that enables drilling a vertical and horizontal hole with very good accuracy. The fixture was constructed from two small pieces of aluminum angle with levels attached, some VHB tape and a hose clamp that clamps to the front of the electric drill.

No flat, smooth bottom
These are nice, but like what has already been stated, the bottom of these are not flat/smooth but recessed which will make fastening them to a smooth surface tough. I would think that if you used super glue or the like that you might get them to stay. I guess I'm going to find out.
