The best artificial sweetener in existence.
After trying every possible kind of artificial sweetener on the market, I have just found the best possible option of all. By combining both Allulose and Monk Fruit, they have successfully combined the best qualities of both to create a sweetener closer to real sugar than anything I even thought possible. Better yet, with this combination you can use exactly the same measurements as you would actual sugar, making the process even easier. This is expensive stuff for sure, but in my opinion, well worth it.

Great sweetener for sensitive stomach
Tastes better than just pure allulose and sweetness lingers longer. Powdered form dissolves well. One way to improve sweetness and extend it is to add 1% or more of pure monk fruit sweetener to this blend. Lakanto makes a good, 100% pure monk fruit extract in a small bottle which I add to this blend to extend it. I have a sensitive stomach that reacts poorly to almost all sugar substitutes, including stevia, but this blend does not upset my digestion or cause any other issues. This blend of allulose and monk fruit is the go-to sweetener for me.

Tastes good, no funky aftertaste, 0 carbs, 0 calories
Tastes really good with no funky aftertaste. My brother tried it and he's very sensitive to artificial sweeteners and even he didn't detect any aftertaste. It feels like real sugar in the mouth too. I dipped my finger in to taste it and it melted away on my tongue. I haven't tried cooking or baking with it yet so I don't know how that'll go. It's zero calories and zero carbs, which is pretty great. The only thing I don't like is that the bag isn't resealable. I ended up popping the whole thing into a gallon zip-loc bag. It's kind of weird that a giant bag like this doesn't have a zip top.

Very similar to sugar
Nice flavor without the "coolness" of erythritol. Very close to sugar, even my wife who can't stand anything sweet but sugar is using it. She uses it in tea and I use it for baking (keto based with macadamia butter). Great stuff.

Good Idea, But Not Quite There
I decided to try Impact Monk Fruit Allulose Sweetener because I’ve been cutting back on sugar and wanted a natural alternative. At first glance, it seemed promising—zero calories, no weird aftertaste (supposedly), and great for keto baking. The packaging looked clean and modern, which gave me high hopes. Unfortunately, while it has some positives, it didn’t fully live up to my expectations.On the plus side, it does sweeten without the chemical-like aftertaste of some other sugar substitutes, and it measures cup-for-cup like sugar, which makes it easy to use in recipes. I tried it in a batch of cookies, and they turned out fine—no strange flavors or textures. To be fair, it’s better than a lot of other alternatives I’ve tried.However, there are some downsides. For one, it’s expensive—way pricier than regular sugar or even other sweeteners, which makes it hard to justify for everyday use. Also, while it works well in baked goods, it doesn’t dissolve as easily in cold drinks like iced tea or coffee, leaving a bit of grit behind. And though it claims to caramelize like sugar, I didn’t find that to be true—it just didn’t brown or crisp up the way I expected in certain recipes.It’s not a bad product, but it’s not perfect either. If you’re looking for a natural sweetener for baking and don’t mind the price, it’s worth a shot. However, if you’re hoping for something versatile enough for all your sweetening needs, you might be disappointed. Solid effort, but just okay overall.
