No aftertaste just an exactly 1 to 1 sugar replacement. Downfall for this product will be its cost. Very expensive compared to sugar. 4lb bag of sugar is $8.48 and this is the cheapest price I've found on Amazon at $29.99 almost 4 times the price. However, it is the only sugar substitute I have found on the market today that taste and is used in exactly the same way as sugar is.

I used this to make carrot cake for my diabetic grandmothers 90th birthday. This was my first time using a sugar substitute, so I was expecting something not so great, but was hopeful she’d at least like it. It ended up tasting amazing! The kids all even loved it! You couldn’t tell at all that regular sugar wasn’t used and I love the fact that it measured the same, so it’s easy to replace in recipes.

I'm on my 2nd order of this sweetener. Can't tell the difference between this sweetener and sugar..... unless too much is used then the taste of the Monk Fruit is more dominant but the flavour, again, was delicious. My husband and i prefer this over other Monk Fruit sweeteners. Enjoy.

I love the product but it was obviously cut on the front side of the bag and placed on top of multiple boxes in 1 LG box. When it finally arrived late, I saw the box had a bag around it and sugar was pouring out everywhere! This is too expensive to loose a 30.00 bag and they don't want to replace it! I will never buy this again since they have no option for refunds due to their screw ups!

The media could not be loaded. I’m not a fan of regular sugar so I’ve been on a mission to find a sub this one is close but… it’s not spoon for spoon. The granules are similar, the color is very similar and it dissolves great in hot liquids. The bag is enviro safe w/o a zipper so it’s not resealable.It definitely tastes sweet but more like an artificial sweetener. If you need a sweetener but shouldn’t have regular bleached sugar this would probably be a great choice.I won’t return it, I also won’t buy again.
