I bought a lot of these after finding 4 kittens next to my back door. The mom never came back, so I took on the task of feeding them from what I estimate was 4-6 days old, but I could have been over optimistic in hind sight (maybe only a couple days old). The biggest thing is, will they drink it? Had no problem with that, they adapted pretty quickly and seemed to be fine with the taste making it a very effective substitute. The overall quality seemed to be fine, mixed well after I found the right way of doing it. I highly recommend buying a push rotary whisk, this makes everything mix well without any clumps. This seems to be one of the larger size packages, which is helpful since you'll go through a ton of this stuff with a litter of small critters. The cost is one of the main benefits of this product; it seemed to be the best value by volume. The kittens I took in did get a bit plugged up from the formula, so I added a few drops of olive oil to each batch which helped with the problem. Keep an eye out to be sure they are responding in a healthy way. Otherwise, this product was a lifesaver for the 4 kittens and the overnight delivery is probably the only reason they survived (all 4 have found new homes). Highly recommended!

I followed all the instructions correctly with no issues, and now my little baby is a grown cat! He is incredibly healthy and active at 1.5 years old. So grateful to this product for still having him in my life and seeing him grow so big.

I purchased this specialized kitten formula for a small kitten who was abandoned by his mother. Initially, he was not thriving and seemed quite weak and undernourished. However, once we introduced this formula into his diet, there was a noticeable change. The little guy really seemed to enjoy the taste, which made it easier for him to consume the necessary nutrients.As he grew more comfortable with the formula, and once he was big enough to start eating solid food, I began to mix a small spoonful of it into his meals. This practice ensured he received the essential nutrition he needed as he transitioned to solid food.The transformation has been incredible to witness. He has gone from being malnourished and struggling to survive to becoming a vibrant and healthy kitten, full of energy and curiosity, growing quickly and gaining strength each day.

This was much cheaper than what i buy in the store but im so glad i did. The orphans loved it and it improved their digestion. We noticed the litter box was less stinky than with the previous formula. It also disolved easier than our old brand. Im sold!!!Protip- its also tolerated very well by orohaned racoons!

PetLac Milk Powder was a lifesaver when we found ourselves in the position of caring for a one day old orphaned kitten. KMR in a can was giving her diarrhea so, after research and reading reviews, we gave this product a shot. Using hot water and one of those little handheld whirring devices folks use to make lattes frothy, I didn't have any issues with clumping and the kitten seemed to be fine with the taste. I appreciated that this powder was much cheaper than the other brands, especially since we were going to be bottle feeding for so many weeks. My one issue (hence the missing star) is that this stuff seemed to cause severe constipation. I followed every piece of reasonable sounding kitten constipation advice out there I could find (including taking her to the vet) and the constipation remained an issue until she began weaning. I'm not sure if it's a digestive issue unique to my kitten since she was orphaned so young or a problem with the product but pooping was a struggle for a while.Constipation aside, PetLac powder is definitely going to be the milk replacement I choose when I bottlefeed kittens in the future and I'd recommend it to anyone caring for tiny kittens.

This kitten formula is the live saver gor my 15 years old cat. Because she was eating wiskers wet food only and not eating dry food she became skeleton and staring at the death door.So, I got this formula and mixed it with fancy feast kitten pate and fed her. Within one week I saw a difference. Now she is gaining some weight and started to eat some dry food as well. I think she will live a few more years. :) 😀Very happy I bought it. Thumbs up.

I ended.up woth 6 kittens that needed formula. Stores locally were sold out but this was convenient and helped me keep the babies fed until they were big enough for wet food.

Excellent product, my kitten is now drinking his milk super well
