Simple and direct replacement
Straight out of the packaging, you can see the new one is an obvious "unplug the old block connector & plug in the new one" affair, which you can see in the advertised pictures.A friend carried out the installation for me while I made the tea but it all looked fairly easy as he took the odd shaped back panel off, pulled the electrical block plug through a hole and after screwing the new element in place, he switched block plugs and screwed it back together.The heater works perfectly now so it`s back to wearing dry clothes again instead of the damp and clammy attire I was growing so fond of.Needless to say, please make sure your model number is one of the ones listed otherwise it might not fit correctly.
