I have always liked the Barlean products especially the flax seed oil. The liquid is probably a little better for women but it’s so convenient to take the pills. I take one with every meal. I believe it is really good for your skin, hair and your heart health. Also for inflammation. Been taking the pills for years and have gotten a lot of compliments on my skin and I’m 70 years old. Would recommend this for everyone women.

This is an essential vitamin and more people should read about it and use it. I can feel the need for it in my body and using it makes a huge difference in my overall health.

They were completely melted together so not able to use product

I have been using Barleens flax oil for many years. It’s so nice to have it on a regular delivery schedule!

The entire bottle of capsules is unusable because all of the capsules have melted together in one giant mass inside the bottle. There is no way to separate the capsules or remove them from the bottlem without breaking them open. The seller has a “no return” policy so I am stuck paying for a defective product. I will be complaining to Amazon and asking my credit card company to reverse the charge.
