Its a great product!If you are using the over the head style for the first time, it needs some time to get used to. But once you are used to with it, it feels simply fantastic.I have been using it for office calls and it works like magic! Sound quality is superb and noise cancelation of mic is also great!I was concerned earlier if the 2.4. ghz dongle it uses will interfere with my WIFI signal, but nothing of such sorts happens.You also need time to get used to the on and off sounds from the device, but thats a minor thing.Battery backup is also nice.I am able to walk from one room to the other without loosing connection.Very happy with the product.Note# it does not integrate with teams for buttons, which means, mute button on headphone is only muting the headphone, but will not mute you on Teams. This does not cerate any issues, but you dont get a visual clue if you are muted or not. However, this is another thing to get used to, and does not hamper the product experience at all!Go for it!

The media could not be loaded. I recently purchased this headphone, and it turned out to be the worst purchase I have ever made. The build quality is extremely poor, and it feels like a cheap toy rather than a functional gadget. The sound quality is subpar, with distorted audio and no clarity whatsoever. To make matters worse, this headphone lacks essential features like an inbuilt microphone and Bluetooth connectivity, which are standard in most modern headphones. It is highly inconvenient and fails to meet even basic expectations. Despite its advertised capabilities, the product feels incomplete and unreliable.Adding to the disappointment, neither the company nor Amazon offers any support for this product. If you face issues, there is no one to turn to for assistance. Additionally, the product does not come with a refund or replacement policy, which is a significant red flag. It seems like the company has no confidence in its own product. I strongly advise against purchasing this headphone, even as a backup option. It is a waste of money and time, and you will only regret buying it.

Great noice cancellation and excellent battery life

The product is awesome. Deep bass and clear sound. But they are too large.

The product is not at all a noise cancelling device. Mic doesn’t reduce noise in the surroundings if you are thinking of buying it for that. Since they are selling it for office the speaker are also not at all worth it (5k). It doesn’t have bluetooth also the connectivity is bad.I can’t even able to return it after buying the same day.😞Mic - 0/10Speaker- 2/10ANC - 4/10Better alternative - yealink or logitech

All good, Just to inform, there is no inbuilt mic in headphones and you need to use detachable boom mic for calls.Worst thing is that Jbl does not sell the detachable boom mic separately confirmed by Jbl customer care, so if you loose this boom mic then this headphones is useless because it is not good for listening music.Best thing is reliable connectivity via usb dongle which helps in meetings.

Its a good product with great sound quality and mic. Noise cancellation could have been better, but at this price point, it's good. You can use the headset for longer hours without causing irritation to your ears. Battery life is also good; I nearly use it for 12 hours a day for calls and office work. Speakers;- 5/5, mic;- 3/5 because noise cancellation is ok. Mute function and volume function are helpful.

I am utterly disappointed with JBL with this product. It keeps disconnecting while I am on video calls and/or when watching videos. Even if the video pauses for a second and doesn't reconnect even after the video resumes playing. I used to be a huge fan of JBL but now I am not going to buy any new product from them in the future. Goodbye to JBL.
