So far so good!
I’ve had this ice cream case for a few weeks now and it’s been great. I don’t love the baskets because they are hard to get out if you’re storing ice cream underneath and we weren’t able to use the inside shelf because it tipped over trying to get the baskets out. Maybe there’s a trick to it but it’s hard for me. It stays really cold. I know at one point I turned the temperature higher so it wasn’t so cold and it did start beeping so I turned it down again. It might be a problem when it gets hot next summer but for now it’s fine.

Get what you pay for
This is the cheapest dipping I found, and I discovered why. It gets the job done, but be prepared for annoyances. First, the instructions for putting the top together need some serious improvement. You have to guess what they're talking about half the time. Second, if the temp goes above -6 degrees, it beeps every few minutes, even though the manual says optimal serving temp is 5-10 degrees. Lastly, the holders aren't very stable. They move around a lot while scooping.

I have two ice cream counters and this one is the best
I have a fresh pudding bar and homemade ice cream in my store and so I have two different counters. This one is my favorite. Nice display for the containers and I love the digital temperature display in the front as well.Clean look and easy to adjust the temperature. Works wonderfully. Plug in and go!

Great Dipping Cabinet
