Nutramax Cosequin Joint Health Supplement for Cats and Small Dogs - With Glucosamine and Chondroitin, 132 Capsules

I have a Maltese dog that is a toy dog who is 9 1/2 years old and even though he has gotten a little bigger (11 lbs) I give him a 1/2 pill every day. The directions are 1/2-1 pill/day for under 10 lbs but I started him at 1/2 pill per day and it has helped him so much that I have kept him on that doseA bottle of 132 pills will last me almost 9 months and it is very economical as well as an effective product.Within the first week, I noticed that my dog was walking easier for short periods of our walk. This is easy to give my old man cat, just dump a capsule on his food each morning. It definitely helps keep his joints going. Without this he won’t jump up on his cat tree and cabinets but with it he is still all over.

My dog will not take pills so we bought capsules, open it up, pour it on her cheese, mix it in and the day is all good

We have been using the consequin for about 4 months now. We have a 12 year old ShiTzu and she has been limping badly. We open the capsule and spread it on her food. She seems to like the taste and she isn’t limping .

I would recommend this for all animals. My little dog has hip and leg problems and he had gotten really bad and I thought i was going to have to put him down. But my vet recommended this and after a short while he started playing again and feeling so much better. It's amazing, one cap a day is all it takes two at first if they are real bad. I would tell any person that gets a dog to get this and start them on it even if they don't have hip or joint problems at first. They will when they get older or jump up and down a lot. I don't know about giving it to a puppy so check with your vet.

Compare ingredients! This option has 2x the amount of glucosimine AND condroitin compared to most of the other options. Thus, I only have to open ONE capsule for my elderly kitty as opposed to opening and hiding TWO capsules worth in his food. So happy to have found this one - both were cosequin!
