I make a lot of pizza. We have pizza every week. I used to store the dough balls in a lock n lock box. This worked well, but it was always a bit tricky to get the dough out. I’ve watched a lot of pizza making videos and people tend to use boxes like these, so I thought I’d give it a go.The box is sturdy and good quality. It does just about fit in our fridge. The pizzas I make are usually about 11” and 6 dough balls fit in nicely, with room to double in size.I will probably end up buying another one of these boxes because I want to start making my own rolls and baguettes.

I love this pizza dough box when making pizza at home. You would want a bigger one for a restaurant bit for home use it's ideal. Good solid quality box.

I initially purchased a larger one (who was I kidding, I’m never going to make that many pizzas).This was the perfect size for a small family I can easily fit in eight pizza dough balls. I like to make them the day before and let them slow proof in the fridge.

A useful size that'll take 6 12" pizza balls and fit in most fridges if you want to cold prove. There's a moulding seam inside the box which looks troublesome but actually doesn't seem to cause the dough to stick appreciably.Still waiting for my 2nd one to turn up 2 weeks after placing the order (seller was quoting 2-3 days) and the first order was not much better. Good box but fairly poor supplier, if it's not here in a couple of days I'll cancel the order as the 2nd one is 'just in case'.
