Good Product

I am using this from 6 months suddenly the pressure dropped. While consult customer care they asked me to upload one video of that flosser working condition. After that send a form to fill details. Immediately they replace the item within week. Again using the new flosser face the same problem. Then again I contact customer care same process, replace another one without asking any questions. Now also I try to use same problem faced. Then flashed, and changed my old outlet pin. Perfectly worked. Here I try to say in the above problem all wrong is my side, but they gave better service without blame me. In my area water is hard. Block the outlet hole. That is problem, but they respond with great service. I bowed him for their service.

Convenience & performance. Jet options & power selector make it suitable for every one. Works long on single charge.Would preferred an opening on the side to fill water as I need to fill twice per use. Don't know how long the twist locks will last.

When we were using a glass of salt water to relieve from teeth/ throat pain, i purchased it as apollo doctor forced me to use it. Waste product, need to throw when I clean home in 3 months. Simply getting things complex at our cost. This product is an useless one.

Producr was great but the plastic tip got jammed in just 10 days. I google the company and reached out to customerservice on watsapp. They promptly replaced the full product.Product needs a bit of practice to use, first time i used it i bled a little from gums. But after yiu adjust power or water pressure it works well. You will still need to get teeth cleaning from a dentist but this is effective. Charge lasts very long. Tank lasts 2 uses for me. Might vary for you depending on the power setting.Overall string floss is cheaper but this is cooler and more hygenic.Pros, hygeneCons, priceRecomended if you really want to floss, i got into habit from using this. Dis not have a habit of flossing before buying this product. Paid 2k

This is easy to clean and use but the force is too much in my opinion. Is it useless? No. The pulse mode is still useful and will do the job but all other modes even in slowest speeds are too strong for me. Buy something else.

Product utility is high. Design needed correction. For a RH person switch is positioned inconveniently.
