If you are looking for that perfect gift or just personally need a great spot light this one is a must. Light is exactly what it says it is. This is Not your pocket light you grab to look in your closet for your lost shoe. This bad boy works great out side in wide open areas, it's great for searching for animals, rescues, shinning!! Beam is good for.5 mile or so. Shining fields with this is a breeze! The field button also a huge benifit. Wanna see something close up? Bam pull the trigger and the long range beam now lights up a close but wide area! Love that it's corded as all the good battery powered spot lights last only an hour on full then you have to recharge then for almost 4 hours, not with this bad boy, flip the switch and you're ready to roll. Don't have to worry about the battery.

As a spot light, it’s good and gets the job done, the “Flood” light part is another story and although in theory it’s a great idea to have a two in one light, in reality it just doesn’t really work all that well. The “Flood” light is activated by pulling a trigger and that basically moves the reflection mirrors apart to creat the “Flood” light. In fairness it does disperse some light but not to the degree I expected so I can’t give it five stars but it is very lightweight and bright so I would definitely recommend buying it

I have never had a light that naturally gives a PAC-man outline for a beam before. Or one that projects two beams. One thin beam and thick beam below it. It always throws off my eyes on where I was originally trying to look…I really hated it. And why do I have to hold the button to make a solid beam? It should be the other way around.It’s way heavier than other spotlights I own and the cord it so stiff that I cant retract it more than a foot from the 12v output in my center console. The cheaper version ( Goodsmann 1200 L ) spot light for $30 is a 1000 times better than the 2000L HiD beam. It is a halogen rather than HiD but it’s a solid beam from end to end compared to the Goodsmann 2000 L. The 2000 L beam is not solid from end to end. It start as a solid beam and than after half it’s distance it loses light and focus causing the beam to spread out into a wider area giving off a large PAC-man shape. Kinda defeats the purpose of the button.I recommend buying the 1200 L if your looking for a solid focused beamed spotlight that is if you don’t mind a halogen (yellowish) instead of HiD (blueish white) light. Otherwise good luck trying to find a solid focused beamed spotlight with a distance over 400 y under $100…. If you do please send me the link.

I am very pleased with Q-beam. I fish at night and being able to see at long distances is a plus . This is a very good product

Bought this to put in my car for emergencies. This is a really great spotlight! Really bright, and the battery seems to hold well.

I bought this spotlight to replace one it's 20 years old needless to say they don't make things like they used to the light it produces is blue white and tint but does not reach the distance as it should do not buy this light if you're going to buy it for spotting deer at night

We using this for deer shining (it is legal in our area) and it is much brighter than the other spot lights that we have. Don't know about the durability as we just got it and only used it for one evening.
