Out of two one did not work. Just my bad luck. But the one that works is good

This is just sad!I finally got to test them tonight and the 1st one worked perfectly. Excellent picture.But the second one doesn't work at all. There's just garble flickering with zero image at all.To confirm, I switched the 2 cameras between 2 ESP-CAM boards and the problem follows this camera element.This needs to be resolved!If sellers refuse to actually test products before selling, perhaps they shouldn't sell!This is SOOO annoying!!!EDITED: This seller is very attentive to customers. Very impressive. They reached out to me about this issue and have assured that they are going to inform the manufacturer of these cameras to suggest better quality control.Good seller!

This review is for anyone looking to use this for work on near-infrared light. The cameras arrived as described and plugged right into an ESP-CAM with no drama. Image quality is fine for what these cameras are. The lenses come with an IR cut filter, but fortunately the filter is at the bottom of the lens stack and accessible. I was able to use a pair of fine tweezers to dig into the plastic lens body at the corner, and pry out the filter. Didn't even break it. So at least for the ones I received, these are a good option for an project needing a camera with no IR filter if you are willing to do some light modification to the lens.

The longer cable helped in my application, but the image is still not great. This might be the camera or the fact that I am using it on a cheap ESP32, but none the less, not great quality.

Cameras arrived very quickly from Amazon and work well with my ESP32. I like the wide angle view. I recommend them.
