Great little 14500 light.
I have roughly 30 flashlights, from Surefire, to Fenix, to Wowtac, to Wurkkos. I am a flashlight freak. I live in rural Oregon and it is wine dark, it is loaded with things that bite, and it is raining and dark at 4 all winter. Sofirn has quickly become my favorite budget flashlight.I typically HATE flashlights with no rear clicky switch, but Sofirn has a tactile, easy to engage button that gives me no problems with thick gloves on. The pocket clip is reversible, sturdy and easy to access. Should be slightly difficult to slide on...or it doesn't work. This light is very bright and on lower settings, does not overheat. It has the Andruil 2.0 OS! Reeeee! The Andruil 2.0 OS is my favorite in any non-tactical platform. By a lot. KEEP THE INSTRUCTIONS if you're unfamiliar because your light does an incredible amount of things you think you'll never use but absolutely will. It has an LH351D emitter. The throw on this light is amazing and the brightness (plus other aspects) of light is fully adjustable. I use this as an edc backup and hat-bill-addition to a headlamp when feeding my chickens in the morning. For 25 bucks, you WILL NOT find a better backup light. This is also my shirt clip light in bed, just for you other flashlight-nut guys/girls out there. You have one too. We can be honest with each other here. They just don't understand us, but they'll see.I highly recommend you get the shiny colored option. Mine is red. You'll thank me the first time you set it down outside in semi-darkness while it's off. Like all red flashlights, the color will scuff and flake slightly, but people who use their light daily won't care. It's not indicative of shoddy craftsmanship, it's life. This light is well made. The battery is your typical midgrade, protected lithium cell. The mAh checks out within 9 units of advertising as well. Purse light, night light, backup edc, hat bill, yard scan, camping/tent light, this light is perfectly suited. Not gonna call it a tac light without the clicky switch, but it absolutely has the lumens otherwise. It's also priced where losing it in a campground after drinking will not be heartbreaking. I am utterly in love with it. Only issue I have is that it needs a secondary charger. I prefer that, but many don't have one. Mine came with one, so I'm assuming yours will too. A clicky switch would be nice with a turbo mode, but now I'm splitting hairs. Definitely recommend this light though.

This is a pretty great AA light
This is a great EDC light, because of its small size and comparable brightness, combined with the ability to also use any battery with the AA form factor (NIMH, Alkaline, Li-ion). If you need a super bright light, use the included Li-ion. If you have a million half-depleted batteries lying around, use those instead.Click to turn it on to the most recently-used brightness. Double click to go to maximum brightness. Click and hold for it to start from "sneaking around in the middle of the night for a snack without waking anyone" brightness, and release when it's bright enough for your use-case. 4-click for pocket mode. Yeah, it's got it all.

Very powerful little light. Good value.
I was planning to use it for work, but it is too short as it disappears into the pocket of my tool pouch (too difficult to retrieve)(on me for not checking dimensions before buying). I will keep this for other uses though as the construction and output is very impressive. It has a solid feel and the control switch seems reliable. It comes with a rechargeable battery and a separate charger but it also will accept an AA alkaline battery which is a big plus.A few things that kept me from giving 5 stars: control button is very low profile and not easy to find by feel, menu of controls is a bit confusing, battery has to be removed to charge it and charger doesn't hold the battery very securely, this wouldn't work well in a vehicle (it just adds too many step to my routine to make sure my EDC is always charged)Conclusion: This is very nicely made and powerful little light and a good value. I look forward to finding more uses for it.

Love this little flashlight
I grew up in the 70's and 80's flashlights back then were like a candle vs. a streetlight. They were functional ate batteries like no ones business and were minimally effective. Fast forward to the early 90's and in the military we were still using similar bulbs but somewhat better, krypton was the bees knees still no comparison to what we have now and they were expensive. Modern LED flashlights in comparison are wizardry not to mention many functions by simple button clicks between short, long between pushes. The documentation included with this flashlight is small I recommend using your fancy hand held computer to snap a photo and enlarge. This light is amazing. So much so I bought more than one. I love this flashlight and carry it in my inside coat pocket daily.

Fantastic EDC: compact, durable, and priced right! A+
I find the AA size flashlight to be ideal for Every Day Carry. Even better is one that can use both 1.5V AA Alkaline and 3.7V 14500 Li-Ion cells. There isn't much on the market that checks all of the boxes, and pretty much nothing at the price point of the Sorfin SP10 with the bonus of a magnetic tail.I've had mine for over 18 months and during the course of that service it has encountered many drops and no less than two cycles through the clothes washing machine. It is working just as well now as the day I took it out of the package with only minor wear showing in the anodized finish.I have zero complaints with this light nor do I have any wish-list improvements for it. A+
