Due to my husband's Parkinson's and prescribed medication by his cardiologist he passes a large amount of urine at night. We tried many brands of Nighttime pull-ups that leaked. My husband said they feel as if they "disintegrate." We tried rubber pants that go over the briefs to no avail. Oftentimes by the time he woke up to the urge it was too late for the urinal bottle. In a promotional piece that came with our newspaper delivery this company offered a trial of two pieces for $2.99 to which I responded.My husband was pleased with the results. The advertisement says the capacity of their overnight brief is 6 Cups. I have not poured 6 cups of liquid on one to test, but I can say that compared to any of the other products we have tried, this one is a winner. We do make sure of a good fit, that everything is lined up on his body. He is sleeping more soundly as he is not fearful when he feels a "wave" to release. I feel less anxiety because I know he won't get up in the middle of the might to go to the bathroom because that is when most falls occur. They also have a 4-cup capacity brief if your needs are not as great.The material is softer than the leading brand and my husband says it feels good against his sensitive skin. They are not bulky, and fit well. We are relieved to have found a product that satisfies our needs and highly recommend them.

I wore depends night time pull ups with over night pads and my skin and I'd still be wet . My incontinence is embarrassing I'm young but dut to health reasons I can't control. I was worried about switching products but wow! I keep dry my skin staying healthy. Im going to subscribe to have them auto delivered thank you!

Simply great!! They are amazing. I kept looking for leakage. Never happened. I stayed dry. Great at night as well as 18 holes of golfing. What more could I ask for? Finally, I’m satisfied.

They work very well, I am having problems with continence at night, and these prevent bed wetting. I have tried other brands but these work the best, they do not make me itch either. Just wish I did not need them, but glad they are available. Price is comparable but I think they are too pricy for the xxlarge, I believe it is descriminating to charge more for the larger sizes. I took away a star because of the extra pricing in the sizing charge.

I love these the only problem is the delivery I am handicapped and have requested that they be delivered to my front but they are left in the mailroom of my apt complex and I have to rely on getting someone to pick it up for me which is very difficult

Fits great and the absorbency is beyond of what I have ever experienced. I highly recommend Because over any other brand.

These are great incontinence underwear. I have ordered these directly from Because previously, but I find their marketing practices to be deceptive. Twice now, they have taken an order from me and automatically made it a standing order (subscription). So, I thought I'd try ordering from Amazon to avoid that hassle. They're also a bit cheaper from Amazon.BUT...These may be 'seconds' in manufacturing. As I said, I have purchased these directly from Because Market. These that I received from Amazon have an uncomfortable spot towards the rear of the absorbent pad. It's like there is extra glue in there that is harder and less flexible. And that spot seems to be exactly where my bottom contacts the chairs I sit on, so it is constantly an irritation. I try flexing and bending in that area before I put them on to break up the solidity, and maybe that helps a little. I would give them 5 stars if not for that uncomfortable fact. In spite of this manufacturing defect, they still absorb very, very well. I've done a lot of research, and the ability to hold up to 6 cups is unique in the industry. So, I have mixed feelings about another purchase.

I really like the underwear set around the back area of the butt. I feel like it could be a little more gathered to keep it closer to the butt. That's why I gave it a Ford instead of a five.
