A simple product that works.
I have a broad variety of shirt garters, suspenders, and belts. I work an active job and so having properly braced and fitted clothing is the difference between spending a day getting things done and a day pulling up my pants and tucking in my shirt over and over again.I will admit to skepticism when I ordered and received this belt, it's a bit different than everything else that I have in my closet. This is a simple, functional product that quite elegantly solves a few issues. It consists of a sturdy, semi-rigid velcro belt that has a cord going across the back about 3/8"-1/2" diameter. When worn under pants with a belt the cord stops the waist of the pants from sagging below the hips. I have narrow hips and have to buy pants a waist size up to fit my thighs, so I am always struggling with over-tightening belts to try to keep my pants up during the work day, especially towards the end of the day when the pants have stretched out a little.Since getting this belt I have worn it everyday. It takes a little getting used to, but it is more comfortable than elastic/rubber belts, as it doesn't actually constrict. The only issue, and it barely qualifies, is that while this belt will help keep a shirt tucked, it is not as secure a hold as either garter clip style stays or the rubber belts. I always wear some form of shirt securing device and since using this belt have not been using any of the other forms. I will probably work out some additional system for securing a shirt, but have been mostly satisfied with the ability of the belt to keep the shirt down barring the most vigorous stretching, reaching, etc.All in all, I can't recommend enough.

Didn't work for me
Others might be better able to use it. We are all different shapes and sizes. I seem to be shorter in the legs than most people. I'm also longer from the waist up than most. That together with much less flab on my hip and bottom than most make for a really bad combination fo the beltline. Even wearung suspenders doesn' help much because the elastic stretches too much and cinching it up with the "stays" still allows the bands to slip through. In any case, wearing this still allowed the curve of my back to let my belt slip under the device in that area. That's even with my suspenders on. There are Velcro link problems too.

Amazing!!!!!
This gadget is the best thing I’ve bought in a long, long time! Keeps the pants up and even gives me a look like I have a butt! Very comfortable and doesn’t bother my skin at all when I wear my shirts untucked. They do sell a material that can cover it if it does but so far I haven’t needed a cover.

Could be better but not bad
The product does exactly what it is intended to do and it does it just ok. I’ve worn it for a week and I work outside every day. (Concrete laborer) here are my thoughts( read first sentence of each to get the idea but not the story)1. Your pants will still slide down but not as often. I’m bending over constantly and I still have to readjust every hour or so. It’s not as bad as without but not as good as suspenders.2. Can be uncomfortable (IF NOT WORN PROPERLY) when you sit, you can feel it digging into your belly (if you’re built like the Pillsbury dough boy like me) It is also noticeable if you tighten your belt too much. It is much wider than your average belt.3. Your shirt can still come untucked. There is no grabby material on the backside to keep your shirt in place or cling to it. I fixed this by buying some pant liner to keep shirts tucked in. Works great now.All said and done, I will continue using this product. I may even buy it again IF they continue to improve on the design.Better Than Suspenders (if you really don’t like suspenders)

Almost the perfect solution!
I am a big guy (3XL shirts, 44 waist) and I spend most of my day pulling up my pants and re-tucking my shirt in the back. I have been wearing this a week and it actually does work. It does not eliminate my pants sagging some, but it GREATLY reduces the frequency and how far they slide. The only issue is no matter how tight I get it, it still can slide some. Not nearly as bad as my pants alone, but there is a still a bit. However, the ridge works beautifully and keeps my pants and belt on top, keeping me from looking sloppy and like I just rolled out of bed. It is not uncomfortable, sure it cuts under the belly a bit, but now worse than any belt I have cinched down to try and keep my pants up. I am a little concerned that the velcro may catch some shirt tails and tear up the fabric by abrasion, especially on polos and such made from the sportier fabrics.Overall, I am very happy with this and would recommend trying it for any big guy who is sick of pulling up his pants and wants to look a bit more polished.

I didn't expect it to be so uncomfortable.
It does what it says -- it hold the pants up. Now ask how it feels. Let's put it this way, how many ways can you say UNCOMFORTABLE! I mean REALLY uncomfortable. The rib portion that is imbedded in the belt part is VERY stiff and ridged. Then again, so is the velcro belt part as well. I would rather put up with whatever the reason some guys don't like suspenders rather than this contraption. I guess it's the kind of thing that seemed like a great idea on paper, but boy, no one saw the negatives in the execution. Not my cup of belt torture around my waist.
