The product looks nice and heavy good quality. BUT I cannot get my husband to put on the wall to show a picture. 2 options for me Attempt to do this myself (then hubs will flip) or hire someone (hubs will triple flip)BUT WHY NO DIRECTIONS?? You need to send directions!!!

Haven’t put up all the pieces yet but I’m happy! Assembled two days ago and hung it up today. Instructions stink and pieces were incorrectly labeled so we made a few mistakes but once you get the hang of it it was easier. Screws and anchors it came with are good quality, when we hung it we made sure every piece possible had at least one screw in the stud, worked out so only one couldn’t be. The house boxes don’t come with the carpet bottom so be mindful of that. Seems sturdy but I’ll update in a few months as to how it’s keeping up! Worth the price for me over the hassle of trying to build something from scratch if you aren’t super handy :)

Minus one star for packaging things in a way where the carpet tiles adhered to the bubble wrap. Minus another for inexistent communication with the seller. Like others have said before the anchors in the kit are garbage, you have to purchase your own heavy duty ones. Carpet tiles were also cut wrong. We used some of the reject carpet tiles to line the bridge. It was pretty wobbly and I don't need cats falling through the planks. The wood is of decent quality and cut pretty well. This was a time consuming project, but came out looking pretty good. We'll eventually paint these once it warms up.Updated review: Cats are always bouncing around on these. We upgraded some of the shelves with thicker loop carpet squares that our 🍊 likes to scratch on.

These shelves exceeded our expectations. They are very sturdy and well built. It took awhile to mount on the wall but we were able to place each one in a stud. Our cats love them.

My cats are very spoiled and all 4 absolutely adore the cat cloud shelf beds. I've ordered it twice and they are all over my house. 🥺🙏 PLEASE BRING BACK THE CLOUD BEDS! They are so cute and I need more!

The holes are not lined up well. They are off by a few millimeters. You can get the screws in if you try though.The predrilled holes for the scratching posts don't even make any sense as they are drilled way inside of the panel compared with the pictures that they show. IN the pictures, you see the posts are located toward the corner of the panels but the holes they drilled are 3-4inches in from the edge. If you use that hole, the panels will stack up very vertically instead of spreading out like the pictures shown.Even if you drill a new hole for the post, the panels don't spread out like 16 inches apart for the studs. Such a weird construction. It means you will have to use dry wall ankers. It will be not very safe for the cat to jump up and down and it will eventually come loose from the wall.The pelt I purchased together doesn't even match the size of the panel. the pelt is 2 inches short sideways. Then some of the pelts have pre-punched holes for the post and again, it's pre-punched where they drill the holes in the panel. NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURE!!They advertise the panels are solid wood. But they are not. It's just engineered pieces of wood. I broke one vertical piece when I drilled in a screw. Be careful when you do. Don't over tighten. I ended up using wood glue to fasten the piece.One panel came with a crack so I had to use wood glue to secure it.I spent quite a few hours today to get them ready but ended up leaving the semi assembled pieces on the floor. Not sure how I'm going to secure the panels to the wall. The wall panels have 3-4 holes each. I hope I can screw in at least one screw into the stud per piece.Looks very cute and I'm sure my cat will use it if I manage to secure them on the wall but it will take some time to modify their poor products.

I love the materials! The quality of the materials and hardware to mount it is great for the price. But this is no way shape or form an easy kit, if you are not handy STAY AWAY! None and I mean none of the pre-drilled screw holes were lining up properly, I had to re-drill the holes or have the screw go in at an angle. If your willing to do some work on the kit and accept some things will not be straight on the wall, then I highly recommend this kit! But if your not handy stay away this is not easy to work on!
